Denise N. Downing, CAE, CMP
President
Denise has been President of Neff & Downing Management Services since 2007 and currently serves as the Executive Director for several professional associations, where she oversees meetings and events, membership, communications and more for each association. Prior to becoming President of NDMS, Denise served as a Vice-President from 2002 to 2007 and previously worked in the advertising and corporate marketing fields. Denise graduated from Villanova University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration. She was awarded the Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2007 and the Certified Association Executive designation in 2022.
Kevin A. Downing
Chief Executive Officer
Kevin has served as CEO of Neff & Downing Management Services since 2008. In addition to managing the ongoing operations of NDMS, Kevin oversees the financial operations of our full-service clients. Prior to joining NDMS, Kevin previously worked in the financial services industry for several major banking and insurance firms where his areas of focus included business systems analysis, project management and information technology implementation and integration.
Anna Matheson
Association Manager
Anna has over 17 years of experience in both the private and non-profit sectors, specializing in end-to-end project management and special events. She is also a dedicated supporter of the arts in Philadelphia and has volunteered for many cultural organizations including the Curtis Institute of Music and Mural Arts Philadelphia. Anna joined Neff & Downing Management Services in February 2019.
Janine Billman
Events Manager
Janine joined Neff & Downing Management Services in 2008. She previously worked as a project manager at Gray Consulting, Inc. for ten years. She has planned and executed advisory board meetings, market research meetings, and executive management meetings for numerous clients including Merck & Co., Merck Research Laboratories and GlaxoSmithKline.
