NDMS is an experienced provider of financial services to our clients.  We can provide management of your association’s financial accounts and manage your daily financial operations, including payment processing, invoicing, general accounts payable and receivable, vendor solicitation/management, financial reporting and any other specific financial needs you may have.  We can work with the association’s designated accountant in the preparation of any tax-related items and can also assist your leadership in the annual budgeting process.

Your members are the core of your association and everything we do centers around the membership experience.  With our decades of experience in the association world, NDMS can be a valuable resource to help you brainstorm, plan and execute any membership initiative.  We utilize technology to reach your desired audience and leverage our decades of industry success to keep you abreast of industry trends.

Event Planning & Management

We will provide comprehensive planning and management for your all your association’s events. From idea to RFP to execution and post-event follow-up, we can handle every aspect and provide a world-class event for your attendees. Your event will be managed and staffed by NDMS personnel who will be on-site from the start of your event through the closing moments.


Our most frequent interactions are usually with board members and we provide you the same expert service that your members will be receiving.  We will manage all aspects of governance for your board, including board nominations and elections, officer succession planning, and supervision and documentation of your committee and board meetings.
